At the request of those who ate fish soup I made, in a pot, I write the recipe here, let everyone know .
There is no great secret, but you have to do everything with passion.
A lippovan fish soup include only four vegetables: potatoes, onions, peppers (green bell and hot) and tomatoes. Besides need parsley, salt, oil and vinegar. But the most important part is the fish, the best soup comes with at least four kinds of fish, I like carp, catfish, pike and perch or carp.
First put the pot on fire with water and the four vegetables (the vegetables should be about one third of the volume of water), leave to boil until the potatoes are almost cooked. If before boil, grill a little the tomatoes and peppers and then peeled them and you get a more intense flavor, with soft grill is wonderful. Use hot peppers only if all those who eat will agree, do not forget that boiled, the hot will gets worse, do not over do it!
Now it’s time to salt the soup, taste it, the soup should be slightly salty, the fish will take the salt. Place the fish in pot and do not mix (the fish will shatter). Fish must to occupy one-third of the volume of water.
In 15-20 minutes maximum fish should be cooked (keep the fire at embers level, as easy to boil water in pot, do not even stop or not to boil to strong, to break fish into chunks).
When the fish is cooked you can put vinegar. Do not be scrooge, the soup should have a sour taste, is a sour-soup not a sweet-soup (in romanian sounds better), it feel as scratch your throat when you swallow. Add vinegar while soup boils and after 1 minute taste it, improve it without over-boil the fish. Also now put a few tablespoons of oil.
When the cast-iron kettle is ready to take from fire, put a handful of chopped parsley and cover for 10 minutes.
Lippovan eat this fish soup traditionally like this:
Remove fish to a platter (with slotted spoon, taking care not to chunk it) and served with garlic sauce. The garlic sauce can be simple or mixed with grilled and peeled tomatoes (it goes crazy).
Then the soup is served with garlic sauce and chiles (ciusca), if you put on the table also a polenta, to the whole story, you have a complete fishermen delicious meal.
